Gerardo Del Monte (Plan)
Giuseppe Di Pasqua (Low)
Alessandro Tomassini (Battery)
Born from the idea of pianist Gerardo Del Monte, the trio offers original modern jazz compositions and revisions of standards in a new key. After a course of classical studies, the pianist fell in love with jazz to which he devoted years of study and research, making his background of authors such as Rachmaninov, Bach, Debussy, Mozart, Chopin as far as classical, and then Bill Evans, Thelonious Monk, Oscar Peterson, Duke Ellington, citing some, as far as jazz are concerned, within his original compositions that evoke the original atmospheres. , with a mixture of classic and modern elements. Accompanying the pianist will be a rhythm section formed by Giuseppe Di Pasqua on electric bass and Alessandro Tomassini on drums, to form a young and close-knit trio that through interplay manages to create new sound mixes that characterize the sound of the band.
